Our nurses all hold current mandatory update certificates such as basic life support and safeguarding and are regularly checked to ensure all their documents such as DBS or CRB certificates etc are in date by our administration team. Typically for Walk in Centre / Urgent Care Centre et al bookings we request:

• Your contact name and telephone number (or the centre managers)
• Address of your Centre
• Dates and times you need cover for
• Which computer system(s) you use (Adastra etc)
•  Whether you require telephone triage, face to face consultations (in Centre) or home visiting.
• Confirmation that each patient consultation will be minimum 10 minutes (face to face & home visiting), 5 minutes for telephone triage
• Confirmation that if the session is home visiting the GP will be provided with a driver/chaperone
