We understand that offering your patients a safe environment is key to your practice & to primary care as a whole, which is why we ensure all our GPs are up to date on mandatory courses such as Basic Life Support and Safeguarding by offering regular complementary courses before we place them with you, and keep their documents such as DBS/CRB and GMC registrations updated and checked regularly with a dedicated administrator.

Requesting a placement from INDIGO is very simple we only require a call, email or our online form filling out with a few details before we can go to work finding your new GP
Typically for GP vacancies we request:
- Your contact name and telephone number
- Address of your business
- Type of Business e.g. GP Surgery
- Dates of Interview(s)
- Dates you need the GP to start
- Which computer system(s) you use
- Other special requirements of the vacancy e.g. family planning certificate
Once we receive this information we can begin searching our databases for
Documentation we hold on our GP Candidates
- Current CV
- GMC Certificate
- Valid and in date enhanced CRB disclosure / DBS
- Photograph identification e.g. Passport
- Up to date MDU certificate
- Certificate of Completion of Training (Joint Committee certificate or equivalent)
- Letter from Primary Care Trust confirming which Performance list they are on
- Two referees of which one from their most recent employer
- Proof of up to date immunizations
- Completed medical questionnaire
